Check lens cleanliness
Wanwa cutting head lens is very important to Wanwa laser cutting machine, and its cleanliness directly affects the processing performance and quality of laser cutting machine. If the lens is dirty, not only the cutting effect will be affected, but also the interior of the cutting head and the laser output head will be burned. Check in advance before cutting to avoid serious losses.
[Red light detection method]
Nozzle: single layer nozzle with size more than 2.0mm
Tool: white paper
method:
1. The Chuangxin laser Wanwa laser equipped with Ourui Wanwa laser cutting machine has a red light indication when it is turned on;
2. The white paper shall be about 300mm away from the nozzle of the cutting head to see the red light;
3. If there are obvious black spots or irregular black objects in the red light, the lens is dirty and needs to be cleaned before cutting and debugging.

Coaxiality test
The coaxiality between the nozzle outlet hole and the laser beam is one of the important factors affecting the cutting quality. If the nozzle and the laser are different in axis, the slightly different effect will only affect the cutting surface. In severe cases, the laser will hit the nozzle, causing the nozzle to heat up and burn.
Nozzle: 1.2mm
Tool: transparent adhesive tape
method:
1. Adjust the coaxial line at focal point 0 so that the laser is in the center of the nozzle;
2. Light up at the focal point ± 6mm;
3. If the focus 0 and ± 6mm polishing point are in the center of the nozzle, it is normal; Otherwise, replace the cutting head or the laser optical path is offset.

Check spot distribution
The spot shape directly feeds back the transverse distribution of laser energy. The roundness of the facula indicates the uniformity of the energy distribution of the facula in different directions. The high roundness facula has the same energy distribution in all directions. When cutting, it can ensure the consistency of the cutting surface finish and cutting speed in all directions, and ensure the cutting product quality.

method:
1. The black spot paper is about 300mm away from the nozzle of the cutting head, and the spot is polished:
2. If there are obvious black spots in the light spot, the lens is dirty;
3. If the spot is not round and the center is offset, the laser spot is poorly distributed.

Actual zero focus detection
The focus position of laser cutting is a very important data in the cutting process parameters. Different materials and thicknesses need to be adjusted to different focuses. Before cutting, the actual zero focus is measured before referring to Chuangxin's cutting process parameters to determine the most appropriate cutting focus faster. If the actual zero focus shift is too large, the cutting focus range will not be enough to cut thick plates.
Test method:
1. Fix the cutting height of 0.5mm, and draw lines on 1mm stainless steel every 0.5mm of focus position change;
2. By comparing the line widths at different focus positions, the focus corresponding to the minimum line width is the actual zero focus;
3. The actual zero focus shall be within ± 1. If the zero focus shift is too large, the cutting head shall be adjusted or replaced.

The biggest problem of 10000 watt laser cutting carbon steel thick plate is that the nozzle is hot. Therefore, before cutting, it is necessary to test the nozzle heating when the nozzle of different sizes emits light at full power at different focal points.
Test premise:
1. Adjust the coaxial to make the light spot output at the center of the nozzle;
2. Cutting and installing nozzle cooling gas;
Test method:
1. Place an iron bucket (containing a proper amount of water) below the cutting head;
2. First blow the auxiliary gas (the gas type and pressure shall be based on the gas required for actual cutting), discharge the light at full power for 30 seconds, and measure the temperature change of the nozzle. Change the focus position and continue the test according to the above method;
3. Replace the nozzle size and continue the test according to the above method;
4. Summarize the heating conditions of different nozzles to provide reference for subsequent cutting process commissioning. If the nozzle does not generate heat in a narrow range, check the cutting head, nozzle, lens and laser for problems. After troubleshooting, the next step of plate cutting process commissioning can be carried out.
