Generally for galvanized sheet, laser cutting machine can easily cut, most organic and inorganic materials can be used, all kinds of metal materials commonly used in industrial manufacturing systems, no matter what kind of hardness it has, almost cutting. Copper, aluminum and their alloy sheets are fine.


In the process of processing galvanized sheet, auxiliary gas needs to be added. The purity and pressure of auxiliary gas directly affect the quality of the section of the cut sheet. The purity of oxygen used for cutting should be above 99.6%. The roughness and quality are also higher, and of course the cutting cost also increases. When cutting, the nitrogen purity should be above 99.5%. Improving the nitrogen purity can ensure that the color of the cutting seam will not change during the process of cutting the galvanized sheet.
