After the installation of the laser cutting machine, it cannot be put into use immediately. It also requires relevant test run and adjustment. Because many people are eager to put it into use after installation, the accuracy of the cutting machine is not adjusted well, leading to cutting failure and undesirable phenomena. Therefore, this is the method to adjust the accuracy of the equipment.

1. When the focused laser spot is adjusted to a smaller size, the initial effect is determined by point sampling, and the focal length is determined by the size of the point effect. We only need to find a very small laser spot, so this position is better. Process the focal length to start processing.

2. In the front debugging of the cutting machine, we can use some test papers and workpiece scrap points to determine the precision of the focal length position of the laser cutting machine. When moving the height of the upper and lower laser heads, the size of the laser points will change in different sizes during shooting. Adjust the position several times to find the smaller spot position, so as to determine the proper position of the focal length and laser head.

3. After installing the laser cutting machine, install the marking equipment on the cutting nozzle of the cutting machine. The marking device draws a simulated cutting pattern, which is a 1-meter square. A circle with a diameter of 1m is built in, and four corners are drawn diagonally. After the stroke is completed, use the measuring tool to measure. Whether the circle is tangent to the four sides of the square, and whether the length of the diagonal of the square is √ 2 (the data obtained by opening the root is about 1.41M),

The central axis of a circle shall be equally divided into square edges and central points. The distance between the intersection of the axis and the two sides of the square and the intersection of the two sides of the square shall be 0.5m. The cutting accuracy of the equipment can be determined by testing the distance between diagonal lines and intersecting lines. Therefore, whether after the installation of the laser cutting machine or before each startup and use, it is necessary to conduct detailed inspection and adjust its accuracy, which can not only better ensure the stability and accuracy of the subsequent operation of the cutting machine, but also effectively reduce the incidence of equipment failures.
