Marking frequency

The number of pulses per unit time is called the marking frequency of the fiber laser marking machine. When the marking frequency is large, the laser points are dense, while if the marking frequency is small, the laser points are loose. Although it may not be visible to the naked eye, if the marking position is placed under the electron microscope, we can see that it is a continuous line. It consists of many points. The higher the marking frequency, the denser the laser spots, and the smoother the marking.

Marking speed

Then, this refers to the moving speed of the laser. This speed can be adjusted in the parameters, rather than marking the overall speed of the product. Because the overall marking speed not only affects the adjustment of speed parameters, but also is affected by the marking depth, marking area and other factors. The marking speed is fast, and the number of laser irradiation at the same position is less. Slower speeds are more conducive to depth. But it is not that the slower the speed, the better the depth. Because the marking speed is too slow. The material impacted by laser will accumulate on the surface of the material, affecting the deeper impact of laser. Therefore, if you are going deeper, you should use high-speed sweep after several times of low speed.

Marking power

In the parameter setting, the power is the adjustment percentage, and the output power can be adjusted between 0% and 100%. The default parameter is 50% of the output power. The higher the output power, the greater the laser output energy. And it's easier to reach depth. However, the output power should be adjusted according to your actual needs. Because the output energy is too large, the impact on the material is greater. You do not need to turn on more power to achieve the desired effect, otherwise you will need to work for a long time and high load. This will affect the life of the laser.

fill

Fills are primarily used in tight drawings that are not related to each other. The filling types are: one-way filling, two-way filling, circular filling, and optimized two-way filling to adjust the filling angle, line spacing, and line margin. There is nothing to say about this parameter. Everyone actually knows what happened.

pulse width

Then, finally, the pulse width. The pulse width is the duration of the pulse. The ordinary optical fiber laser marking machine does not have the function of adjusting the pulse width. What are the advantages of the fiber laser marking machine with adjustable pulse width? It can be used for aluminum oxide and has certain advantages in depth.
