The wide application of optical fiber laser cutting machine has greatly improved the production efficiency of some industries. However, the operators often have a poor grasp of the cutting accuracy during the operation process, and cannot perfectly display the laser cutting. So how can we debug the optical fiber laser cutting machine to improve the cutting accuracy?

1. In the first half of the debugging of the optical fiber laser cutting machine, we can use some test paper and workpiece waste to spot judge the accuracy of the focus position. Moving the height of the upper and lower laser heads will cause different size changes when the laser spot size is spot fired. Adjust different positions for many times, find out the smallest light spot position to determine the best position of the focus and laser head;

2. When the light spot of the laser focus is adjusted to the minimum, the initial effect is established by spot shooting, and the focal length position is judged by the size of the light spot effect. As long as we recognize that the light spot of the laser is at the minimum, then this position is the best processing focal length, and then the light excitation cutting work starts;

3. After the installation of the optical fiber laser cutting machine, a marking device will be installed on the nozzle of the machine equipment, and a simulated cutting figure will be drawn through the marking device. The simulated figure is a 1m square. A circle with a diameter of 1m is built in. Diagonal lines are drawn on the four corners. After drawing, use measuring tools to measure whether the circle is tangent to the four sides of the square. Whether the diagonal length of the square is √ 2 (the data obtained from the square root is about 1.41m), the central axis of the circle should be divided into two sides of the square, and the distance from the intersection point of the central axis and two sides of the square to the intersection point of both sides of the square should be 0.5m. The cutting accuracy of the equipment can be determined by testing the distance between the diagonal line and the intersection point.
