1. Perpendicularity

3. Burr

4. Roughness

Metal laser cutting machine is a kind of high quality, high efficiency processing things. When the laser beam acts on the metal plate, it will form a pen line. The deeper the particles are, the rougher the section surface is. When the power of the cutting machine matches the thickness of the plate, the section cut by the metal laser cutting machine is flat, without stripes and brittle fracture. Roughness not only affects the appearance of edges, but also affects conflicting functions. In most cases, the lower the roughness, the higher the cutting quality.
