2、 Dust removal system maintenance
After being used for a long time, the fan will accumulate a lot of dust, which will affect the exhaust and deodorization effect, and will also generate noise. If it is found that the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power supply, remove the air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe on the fan, remove the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down, move the blades inside until they are clean, and then install the fan. 3、 Maintenance of optical system
After the machine works for a period of time, a layer of dust will be stuck on the lens surface due to the working environment, thus reducing the reflectivity of the mirror and the transmittance of the lens, and ultimately affecting the working power of the laser. Long term accumulation will increase the wear of the guide rail rack. The rack guide rail is a relatively precise accessory. A large amount of dust has been deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear shaft for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of the linear shaft of the guide rail, shortening the service life of the equipment. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment and the processing quality of the products, it is necessary to carefully carry out the daily maintenance of the guide rail and linear shaft, and regularly conduct dust removal and cleaning. After cleaning the dust, grease the rack and lubricate the guide rail with lubricating oil. The bearings should also be oiled regularly, so as to maintain flexible driving, accurate machining and prolong the service life of the machine tool.
5、 Working environment
The environment of the workshop shall be dry and well ventilated, with the ambient temperature of 4 ℃ - 33 ℃. Pay attention to prevent equipment condensation in summer, and do a good job of antifreeze for laser equipment in winter.
The equipment shall be far away from electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent long-term electromagnetic interference. Keep away from sudden large power interference of large power and strong vibration equipment. Large power interference may sometimes cause machine failure. Although rare, it should be avoided as far as possible. Therefore, large electric welding machines, giant electric mixers and large power transmission and transformation equipment should be kept away. It goes without saying that strong vibration equipment, such as forging press, vibration caused by close distance motor vehicle walking, etc., the obvious shaking of the ground is very unfavorable to accurate carving.
6、 Other precautions
During the working process of the equipment, the operator must observe the working condition of the equipment at any time. In case of any abnormal condition, cut off all power supplies immediately, eliminate the fault in time or report to the supervisor, and actively take corresponding measures. Regularly count the use of the machine, and regularly record each part of the laser cutting machine. If the effect is not good, replace it in time to prevent problems.
