1、 Add lubricating oil to the linear guide rail:

Use the power supply of the metal laser cutting mechanism head to clean the clean soft cloth guide rail, and then drip lubricating oil on the guide rail. After applying the oil, let the slider roll back and forth on the guide rail to ensure that the lubricating oil enters the inside of the slider. After oiling, let the slider roll back and forth on the guide rail. At this time, it is necessary to first install the guide rail. Be careful not to fix the guide rail first, but to install all the fixing nails and keep them horizontal. After fixing the belt and slider, install the lens and adjust the direction of X direction.

4、 Tension adjustment of Timing belt (belt):

There are several Timing belt in the drive system of the laser cutting machine. If the Timing belt is too loose, the engraved characters will be ghosted. If the Timing belt is too tight, the Timing belt will be worn. After using for a period of time, please adjust the tension screw of the Timing belt, adjust the Timing belt to the proper tightness, the engraved text does not appear ghosting, and the metal laser cutting machine, the laser cutting machine running noise is very low, or consult the manufacturer's technical personnel.

5、 Maintenance of laser tubes:

The laser tube in the metal laser cutting machine is cooled by circulating water. After long-term use, there may be some white scale inside the tube. We can add a small amount of vinegar to the circulating water to remove the water inside the tube, and then use clean water to clean the inside of the laser tube. This way, the laser tube will be in optimal working condition and its lifespan will be extended.
