1. It is used for filter material folding, with large layout density, compact structure and small volume of dedusting equipment, and high rigidity of filter material performance requirements;
2. The filter element is small in height and easy to install;
3. Compared with dedusting equipment of the same volume, the filtering area is relatively large, the filtering wind speed is small, and the resistance is small;
4. Both ends of the filter material folding grid shall be sealed strictly without air leakage, or the effect will be reduced.
The dust particle size of the optical fiber laser cutting machine is very small, the flue gas may contain oil and sparks, and its filter has a high probability of ignition. The filter material of the dust remover itself must be of good quality before it can be used for a long time. The use of film coated flame retardant filter material is necessary. At the same time, in combination with reasonable filtering wind speed, internal split distribution of the six dust removers, efficient pulse ash removal system, and reasonably selected fans, it can ensure the long-term safe operation of the cutting dust remover.
Therefore, in order to effectively remove dust, it is recommended that the optical fiber laser cutting machine be equipped with filtering and dust removal equipment to effectively remove dust.
