Laser cutting machine is used to process metal materials. The price is often high, ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions. Therefore, to prolong the service life of the laser cutting machine as much as possible can better save production costs. How to maintain the laser cutting machine? How to prolong the service life of laser cutting machine?
Before understanding the daily maintenance of the laser cutting machine, we need to understand the main components of the laser cutting machine, which are mainly divided into: circuit system, transmission system, cooling system, light source system, and dust removal system. The daily key maintenance parts are mainly cooling system (to ensure constant temperature effect), dust removal system (to ensure dust removal effect), light path system (to ensure beam quality), and transmission system (to focus on ensuring normal operation). In addition, good working environment and correct operation habits are also conducive to extending the service life of the equipment.
Laser cutting machine maintenance - how to prolong the service life of laser cutting machine?
How to prolong the service life of laser cutting machine? First of all, when the cutting machine is required for work, we should first push the beam before starting the machine, and try to move it forward and backward. Only when it moves left and right without abnormal noise, can it be powered on. After finishing the work of the day, clean the materials and waste residue produced in the machine on the day. This can protect the machine motion system from being damaged by foreign objects. Clean its moving parts to keep the machine in good working condition. The specific methods are as follows:
1、 Cooling system maintenance
The water inside the water cooler must be replaced regularly, and the general replacement frequency is one week. Before the machine works, ensure that the laser tube is full of circulating water. The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water or distilled water and control the water temperature below 35 ℃. If the water is not changed for a long time, it is easy to form scale, which blocks the waterway. Therefore, the water must be changed regularly.
Keep the water flowing smoothly at all times. The cooling water is responsible for taking away the heat generated by the laser tube. The higher the water temperature, the lower the light output power (preferably 15-20 ℃); When the water is cut off, the tube end will burst due to heat accumulation in the laser cavity, and even damage the laser power supply. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is unblocked at any time. When the water pipe has a hard break (dead bend) or falls off, so that the water pump fails, it must be repaired in time to avoid power drop or even equipment damage.
2、 Dust removal system maintenance
After being used for a long time, the fan will accumulate a lot of dust, which will affect the exhaust and deodorization effect, and will also generate noise. If the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, the fan shall be cleaned. First, turn off the power, remove the air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe on the fan, remove the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down, move the blades inside until they are clean, and then install the fan. Fan maintenance cycle: about one month.
3、 Cleaning of optical path system maintenance lenses
After the machine works for a period of time, a layer of dust will be stuck on the lens surface due to the working environment, thus reducing the reflectivity of the mirror and the transmittance of the lens, and ultimately affecting the working power of the laser. At this time, use absorbent cotton dipped in ethanol to carefully wipe along the center of the lens to the edge.
Pay attention to:
a. The lens shall be wiped gently without damaging the surface coating;
b. The wiping process shall be handled with care to prevent falling;
c. When installing the focusing mirror, be sure to keep the concave side downward
In addition, the use times of ultra-high speed piercing shall be reduced as much as possible at ordinary times, and the service life of the focusing lens can be extended by using conventional piercing
4、 Drive system maintenance
Smoke and dust will be generated in the long-term cutting process of the equipment, and the fine smoke and dust will enter the equipment through the dust cover, so as to attach to the guide rail rack. Long term accumulation will increase the wear of the guide rail rack. The rack guide rail is a relatively precise accessory. A large amount of dust has been deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear shaft for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of the linear shaft of the guide rail, shortening the service life of the equipment. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment and the processing quality of the products, it is necessary to carefully carry out the daily maintenance of the guide rail and linear shaft, and regularly conduct dust removal and cleaning. After cleaning the dust, grease the rack and lubricate the guide rail with lubricating oil. The bearings should also be oiled regularly, so as to maintain flexible driving, accurate machining and prolong the service life of the machine tool.
5、 Working environment
The environment of the workshop shall be dry and well ventilated, with the ambient temperature of 4 ℃ - 33 ℃. Pay attention to prevent equipment condensation in summer, and do a good job of antifreeze for laser equipment in winter.
The equipment shall be far away from electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent long-term electromagnetic interference. Keep away from sudden large power interference of large power and strong vibration equipment. Large power interference may sometimes cause machine failure. Although rare, it should be avoided as far as possible. Therefore, large electric welding machines, giant electric mixers and large power transmission and transformation equipment should be kept away. It goes without saying that strong vibration equipment, such as forging press, vibration caused by close distance motor vehicle walking, etc., the obvious shaking of the ground is very unfavorable to accurate carving.
6、 Other precautions
1. Inject a little lubricating oil on the screws, including the screws on the laser tube support and the first reflector, to facilitate the disassembly and assembly during maintenance. Note: Do not add lubricating oil to synchronous belt, drag chain, air pipe, motor, sensor, lens and wire.
2. No articles can be placed in the machine to avoid unnecessary damage to the machine.
3. Clean the dust and foreign matters on the metal oil tanker, metal shaft, sliding block and linear guide rail with cotton cloth, then add lubricating oil, and carry out idling reciprocating movement.
During the working process of the equipment, the operator must observe the working condition of the equipment at any time. In case of any abnormal condition, cut off all power supplies immediately, eliminate the fault in time or report to the supervisor, and actively take corresponding measures. Regularly count the use of the machine, and regularly record each part of the laser cutting machine. If the effect is not good, replace it in time to prevent problems.
Do not process a material without knowing whether it can be irradiated or heated by laser, so as to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam and damage to the laser equipment.
If you use the above maintenance skills well, I believe your equipment will have a longer life and higher work efficiency!
