Laser engraving machine adjustment steps: (first make sure the plotter is parallel to the chassis)
1. Stick 6 thin double-sided tapes together, put them on the first frame next to the laser outlet, and cover the mirror. Be careful not to let the glue touch the mirror surface, so as not to contaminate the mirror surface. Then press the test switch. Observe whether the light emitted by the laser hits the middle of the first reflector, if not, adjust the screws of the mirror frame until the light spot hit by the laser is in the center of the lens.
2. Stick 6 layers of double-sided tape on the first reflector on the frame of the second reflector, push the second reflector to the point closest to the first reflector, press the test switch, on the top Make a dot; then push the second mirror as far as possible from the first, press the test switch and make another dot on the tape. Observe whether the two points coincide, if not, adjust the adjusting screw behind the first reflector, the two points must coincide. (Note: The upper two screws adjust the left and right, and the lower two screws adjust the height.)
3. Push the third reflector (ie laser head) to the nearest position of the second reflector, press the test switch, and then push the laser head to the farthest and closest positions according to the above method, and observe whether the two points are very close. Heavy. Merge adjustments.
4. Remove the perspective mirror under the laser head, take a layer of double-sided tape and stick it to the lens hole under the laser head, and press the test switch. Watch to see if the laser is coming out of the middle. If not, adjust accordingly, i.e. start with the first mirror and laser, and install the lens after adjustment.
The above is the method of adjusting the optical path of the laser engraving machine with three mirrors. In turn, we can deduce the steps of the laser engraving machine with four mirrors. If you encounter problems during the adjustment, please contact our technicians, Redsail Laser looks forward to serving you!
