The installation fulcrum of the laser tube of the laser engraving machine should be reasonable, and the fulcrum should be at 1/4 of the full length of the laser tube, otherwise the laser tube spot pattern will deteriorate, and some spots will become several points after a period of time, resulting in laser Power is reduced. Replace the tube.

2. Good grounding of the laser engraving machine The laser power supply and the machine bed must have good grounding protection, and the ground wire should be a dedicated ground wire less than 4Ω. The necessity of grounding is:

(3) Prevent the machine tool from bouncing due to external interference

(4) To prevent accidental circuit damage due to high voltage discharge.

3. The cooling water of the laser engraving machine should be smooth. Whether using tap water or a circulating pump, the water must be kept flowing. The cooling water removes the heat generated by the laser tube. The higher the water temperature, the lower the optical output power (the water temperature is 15-20℃); when the water is cut off, due to the heat accumulation in the laser cavity, the tube end will burst, or even damage the laser. power supply. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is unblocked at any time. When the water pipe has a hard bend (dead bend) or falls off, and the water pump fails, it must be repaired in time to avoid power failure or even damage to the equipment.

4. Cleaning and maintenance of the laser engraving machine, good ventilation, and cleaning and maintenance of the machine tool at any time are necessary conditions for the normal operation of the machine tool. Just think, how can people move if their joints are not flexible? In the same way, the guide rail of the machine tool is the core component of high precision. After each work is completed, it must be cleaned and kept clean and lubricated; the bearings should also be regularly filled with oil, so that the transmission is flexible, the processing is accurate, and the service life of the machine tool is prolonged.

5. The suction device of the laser engraving machine should be checked and cleaned regularly, and the air duct of the fan should be cleaned. Otherwise, a large amount of smoke and dust cannot be discharged, which will seriously and rapidly contaminate the lens and the laser tube, making the mechanical and electronic components easy to oxidize, resulting in poor contact.

6. The ambient temperature and humidity of the laser engraving machine should be within the range of 5-35 °C. Special attention is: if it is used in an environment below freezing point, it must be done:

 (1) To prevent the circulating water in the laser tube from freezing, the water must be completely drained after shutdown;

 (2) When starting up, the laser current must be preheated for more than 5 minutes before it can work. In rainy days and humid environments, the laser power supply needs a long warm-up time, and high voltage can be applied after the moisture is discharged to prevent the breakdown of the high-voltage circuit.

7. Use the "Laser High Voltage" button correctly. When the "Laser High Voltage" button is turned on, the laser power is in standby state. When encountering "manual light output" or computer misoperation, it will emit laser, inadvertently hurt people and things. Therefore, it is required that every time a job is completed, the "laser high voltage" must be turned off at any time, such as intermittent processing (the laser current may not be turned off), and the operator is not allowed to leave without authorization. Machines are working to avoid accidents. It is recommended to work continuously for less than 5 hours with a 30-minute break in between.

8. Keep away from the interference of high-power and strong vibration equipment, which may sometimes cause machine failure. Although rare, it should be avoided. Therefore, it should stay away from large electric welding machines, giant electric mixers and large power transmission and transformation equipment. It goes without saying that strong vibration equipment, such as forging presses, vibrations caused by motor vehicles walking at close range, etc., the obvious shaking of the ground is very unfavorable for precision engraving.

9. As long as the lightning protection measures of the building are reliable, lightning strikes can be prevented. The first item in this section, "Good Grounding," also helps with lightning protection. Special suggestion: In areas with unstable grid power (such as voltage fluctuations exceeding 5%), please install a regulated power supply with a capacity of at least 3000W or more to prevent sudden voltage fluctuations from burning the circuit or computer.

10. Maintain the stability of the control PC. The control PC is mainly used for the control of the engraving equipment. Do not use it for a special plane unless necessary to install it. Because the computer is equipped with a network card and an anti-virus firewall, it will seriously affect the speed of the control machine. Please do not install an antivirus firewall on the controller. If a network card is required for data communication, please disable the network card before starting the engraving machine.

11. Maintenance of the guide rail: During the movement of the guide rail, a large amount of dust will be generated due to the processing material. Maintenance method: first wipe off the original lubricating oil and dust on the guide rail with cotton cloth, wipe it clean, and then apply a layer of lubricating oil on the surface and side of the guide rail. Maintenance cycle: about a week.

12. Maintenance of the fan: After the fan works for a period of time, a large amount of dust will accumulate in the fan and the exhaust duct, and the dust will affect the exhaust efficiency of the fan, resulting in a large amount of smoke that cannot be discharged.
