When the equipment is placed horizontally, it should be operated according to the adjustment method provided by the machine tool. It is strictly prohibited to use any other method (such as prying up the steel bar). When the equipment is placed vertically, the stability and moving speed of the equipment shall be considered and set to a reasonable height.

(2) Precautions and precautions during equipment installation. During equipment installation, please ensure that the crane and forklift must be operated by qualified personnel. Other personnel are strictly forbidden to operate. At any time, no part of the human body shall be under the crane for any reason. Wire connections must be made by qualified personnel. To avoid electric shock, it must be confirmed that the grounding work has been carried out. When grounding, the main circuit breaker of the plant shall be closed. Do not close the main circuit breaker until finished. At the same time, warning signs shall be hung during wire connection to remind others that wire connection is in progress. When wiring on the ground is required, in order to protect the wire from damage, the wire must be completely covered with a safe and secure shielding protective sleeve. When lifting the machine tool, steel wire ropes and slings shall be used at the designated positions, and the above items must be able to fully bear the weight of the machine tool. After the installation of the machine tool is completed, the following inspections shall be carried out before turning on the power supply: all wire connections and lubricating oil addition have been completed; All pipes have been correctly installed and fixed; All screws and plugs are firmly and reliably connected. (4) Preventive measures during equipment commissioning. It is strictly forbidden to destroy, remove or relocate any safety equipment or interlocking equipment. Attention shall be paid during operation: Do not open the safety door of the machine tool; Do not enter the movable part of the machine tool; When the machine tool is running, do not retighten, measure the workpiece, remove the chips or clean up the surrounding of the machine tool. When adjusting the external light path, please note: Do not put any part of your body under the sensor base (i.e. cutting head); Before starting the axis movement operation, please confirm that the movement direction is correct. Do not irradiate the human body with laser beam; Do not look directly at or touch the red light, laser beam or scattered light of the laser indicator, or serious personal injury (including blindness and burns) may be caused; When laser cutting, wear the specified protective clothing and goggles, otherwise serious personal injury may be caused; Before operation, please provide ventilation, dust removal and smoke exhaust devices to eliminate smoke. Otherwise, pulmonary function may be seriously affected. If the machine tool stops suddenly during operation, find out the cause of the failure and understand the steps to resume operation. It is forbidden to start the operation again before this: after cutting, do not touch the material directly with your hands to prevent damage caused by burrs or heat; Do not wear gloves when operating any switch, key or button; Do not work on the machine tool or leave any tools or parts on the workbench or the surrounding area to avoid misoperation, injury to workers or movement of the processing position; During operation, it is forbidden to lean any part of your body against the machine tool to avoid touching the switch or key and causing errors. Operation: If the machine tool cannot operate normally, an alarm message will be displayed on the screen, or if there are any signs of failure, please notify the equipment monitoring personnel and maintenance personnel immediately.
