Since the laser cutting machine uses electronic and optical components, the excessive temperature difference between inside and outside will cause dew on the surface of optical lenses and components, which will reduce the performance of the laser and cutting head, or even damage the laser and cutting head. The internal dew of the fiber laser has a lot to do with the bad operation habits of the operators who use the fiber laser. In order to reduce the failure rate of fiber laser and reduce the loss caused by the shutdown of the customer's fiber laser cutting machine, the operator should pay attention to the following matters when operating the fiber laser cutting machine:

Switch on/off sequence of the fiber laser cutter (strictly following the switch sequence can reduce the risk of internal condensation of the fiber laser, thus reducing the failure of the laser.)

1. Startup sequence of optical fiber laser cutting machine

(1) Turn on the main power switch of the laser and let the cabinet air conditioner or the desuperheater run for more than 30 minutes

(2) Turn on the power switch of the chiller 30 minutes after turning on the laser

2. Optical fiber laser cutting mechanism sequence

(1) Turn off the power switch of the chiller

(2) Turn off the laser power switch

Precautions for use of midway pause operation

If the customer pauses for more than 1 hour during startup, it is recommended that the customer turn off the high voltage of the fiber laser, leave the power switch of the fiber laser off, and turn off the chiller. When the product needs to be cut again, turn on the chiller for operation. After the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature ± 1 ℃, turn on the high voltage of the fiber laser, and then turn on the optical cutting.

Note: The power switch of the fiber laser cannot be turned off while the chiller is still running!
