Several problems often encountered in laser cutting alloy steel with laser cutting machine:
1、 When laser cutting alloy steel with laser laser cutting machine, burrs appear in part processing
It usually causes burrs in part processing. The reasons include:
(1) If the laser focus position is offset, the focus position shall be detected and adjusted according to the laser focus offset.
(2) If the power of the laser is insufficient, it is necessary to check whether everything is normal during the operation of the laser. If everything is normal, check whether the output label value of the laser control button is appropriate. If there is an error, adjust it in many ways.
(3) The laser tangent speed is very slow, so the linear speed must be increased during real-time control.
(4) The purity of the laser steam cutting body is insufficient, and the high-quality laser steam cutting body must be produced.
(5) The asymmetry of CNC lathe caused by too long operation time requires standby and restart.
(6) Adjustment of main parameters of processing technology.
(7) Check whether the lens is dirty during the whole process of laser transmission, or whether the lens is dirty, or whether the lens has cat plague cracks that are not easy for human eyes to detect, which are harmful to laser transmission.
2、 Incomplete laser cutting
Reasons for incomplete laser cutting:
(1) The selection of laser nozzle is not matched with the thickness of production processing plate, and the nozzle or production processing plate shall be replaced.
(2) The line speed of fiber laser cutting is too fast, so it must be controlled in real time to reduce the line speed.
3、 Abnormal flame occurs during laser cutting of high carbon steel
All normal laser cutting of high carbon steel, the fire flower bunch is long and flat, with less slits. In case of abnormal flame, it will endanger the glossiness and production quality of laser cutting cross section of parts processing. Under the condition that all other main parameters are normal, the following conditions shall be considered:
(1) The laser head and nozzle are seriously damaged, so the nozzle should be removed and replaced immediately.
(2) The air pressure during laser cutting shall be increased when there is no replacement of the new nozzle.
(3) If the external thread at the connection between the nozzle and the laser head is loose, stop the laser cutting first, check the connection of the laser head, and prepare the external thread again.
