In the operation of laser cutting machine, safety is very important both in production and processing. Especially in the operation of metal laser cutting machine, once an accident occurs, whether it is personnel safety, equipment or processing, there will always be one party affected.

1. Operators must be trained to be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment and master the knowledge of the operating system.

2. Do not handle the materials that can be irradiated or heated by laser before making clear, so as to avoid the potential hazards of smoke and steam.

3. When starting the equipment, the operator shall not leave the platform or take care of it without authorization. If it is necessary to leave, stop the machine or cut off the power switch.

4. Meet the safety performance standard of general cutting machine. Start the laser strictly according to the laser startup procedure.

5. Place the fire extinguisher in an easily accessible place. Please close the laser or shutter when not working. Do not put paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.

6. Do not handle the materials that can be irradiated or heated by laser before making clear, so as to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam.

7. In case of any abnormality found in the process of handling, the machine shall be shut down immediately, and the fault shall be eliminated or reported to the supervisor in time.

8. Wear occupational protective equipment as required, and must wear compatible laser goggles near the laser beam.

9. When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing welding wires to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders must comply with the regulations on gas cylinder supervision. Do not explode cylinders in the sun or near heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator should stand beside the bottle mouth.

10. Please observe the high-voltage safety regulations during maintenance. Carry out maintenance according to standards and procedures and check whether there is any abnormality.
