1、 Working principle of water chiller of laser cutting machine
The water chiller is one of the necessary accessories of the optical fiber laser cutting machine. Its working principle is to inject a certain amount of cooling water into the water injection hole of the water chiller, cool the water into the cylinder through the cooling system of the water chiller, and make it become a gas with high pressure and temperature through the compressor to work, and enter the condenser. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas exchanges heat with the cooling air of the cooling medium to transfer heat to the outside of the laser water chiller, The refrigerant gas condenses into high-pressure liquid), and then the water pump of the water chiller applies pressure to transfer the low-temperature cooling water to the laser equipment that needs to be cooled. At this time, the water cooled by the water chiller will take away the heat in the laser machine, and then the temperature will rise and return to the water tank, and then through the cooling cycle of the water chiller to achieve the cooling effect.
2、 Precautions for installation of water chiller of laser cutting machine
(a) Open the package and check whether the machine is in good condition and whether the accessories are complete. The installation personnel must have relevant professional knowledge.
(b) Confirm whether the equipment is properly grounded. Although the average working current of the water chiller is not large, its instantaneous working current is sometimes as high as 6~10 amperes.
(c) Unscrew the water inlet of the machine and add cooling water. Only neutral and pure water can be used. It is not allowed to contain granular solids in the water, otherwise the cooling water system of the laser cutting machine may be damaged.
(d) In order to protect the circulating water pump, it is strictly prohibited to run without water.
(e) Keep a certain distance from the laser cutting machine, ensure that the air inlet and outlet channels of the water cooler are smooth, and do not put foreign matters into the equipment.
