1. Add lubricating oil to the linear guide rail

After using the laser cutting machine for a period of time, the smoke and dust left after cutting will corrode the guide rail, so the guide rail should be maintained regularly. Turn off the power supply of the laser cutting machine, clean the slideway with a clean soft cloth, and then drop lubricating oil on the slideway. After oiling, let the sliding block roll back and forth in the guide rail to ensure that the lubricating oil enters the sliding block. After refueling, let the slider roll back and forth in the guide rail. At this time, please install the slideway first, pay attention not to fix the slideway first, install all fixing nails, keep them horizontal, fix the belt and slider, then install the lens, and adjust the light direction for X.

2. Wipe the focus lens of the reflector

After the laser cutting machine is used for a period of time, the smoke and dust will attach to the lens surface, affecting the engraving and cutting depth as well as the engraving and cutting accuracy. Generally, in about a week (according to the use frequency of laser cutting machine | engraving machine), carefully wipe the three side mirror and a focusing mirror with anhydrous alcohol.

3. Oil the bearing

A large number of bearings are used in laser cutting machines. In order to ensure good cutting and engraving effects, some bearings need to be oiled regularly (except for oil bearing). Wipe the floating oil on the bearing with a clean soft cloth, use a needle tube to suck the oil into the needle tube, then slowly inject the needle into the bearing, and slowly rotate the bearing when injecting the oil

4. Belt (drive belt) tension adjustment

There are several synchronous belts in the drive system of the laser cutting machine. If the synchronous belt is too loose, the engraved font will be ghosted. If the synchronous belt is too tight, the synchronous belt will be worn. After a period of use, please adjust the tension screw of the timing belt, adjust the tightness of the timing belt, so that the engraved text does not appear ghosting. 5. Laser tube maintenance

The laser tube in the laser cutting machine is cooled by circulating water. If used for a long time, there will be white scale in the test tube. We can add a small amount of vinegar in the circulating water to remove the scale inside the tube, and then clean the internal circulation of the laser tube with clean water, so that the laser tube is in good working condition and can be used normally.
