First of all, we should check whether the focus of the optical fiber laser cutter is correct. The form of optical fiber focus adjustment is automatic and automatic. Manual focusing is easy to be forgotten by technicians. Especially after changing or cleaning the lens, adjust the focus.

【2】 Lens cleanliness inspection

If there is no problem with the focal length, you can check the lens first. If the lens is dirty, it will also have cutting problems. Large kerf can be avoided through equipment debugging. If the lens is not clean, it will easily cause light scattering and light thickening. At this time, it is a good choice to check the lens for cleaning or changing.

Red light detection method

Nozzle: single layer nozzle with size more than 2.0mm

Tool: white paper

method:

1. The Chuangxin laser Wanwa laser equipped with Ourui Wanwa laser cutting machine has a red light indication when it is turned on;

2. The white paper shall be about 300mm away from the nozzle of the cutting head to see the red light;

3. If there are obvious black spots or irregular black objects in the red light, the lens is dirty and needs to be cleaned before cutting and debugging.

【3】 Laser tube inspection

The placement of the laser tube is also a very important aspect. Check the quality of the laser spot. If there are two points or the light spot is not round, the support point of the laser tube may need to be adjusted. Many people will ignore this reason, which also needs attention.

Test method:

Nozzle: single layer nozzle with size more than 2.0mm

Tool: black spot paper Method: 1. The black spot paper is about 300mm away from the nozzle of the cutting head, and the spot light is produced:

2. If there are obvious black spots in the light spot, the lens is dirty;

3. If the spot is not round and the center is offset, the laser spot is poorly distributed.
