The main cutting processes of the pipe laser cutting machine are as follows:

1. CNC cutting technology.

Numerical control cutting is a high quality and mass production method of pipe cutting. The core of numerical control cutting is the numerical control cutting system. CNC cutting technology refers to the advanced cutting technology and rich cutting experience provided in the cutting control software of the CNC system, so that cutting operators can achieve high-quality CNC cutting through skilled use of the control system.

2. Full stroke automatic laser cutting blanking of large length metal pipes.

As for the process requirements for full stroke automatic laser cutting and blanking of large length metal pipes, a unique double drive pneumatic chuck rotating mechanism (driving shaft W and driven shaft W1) is used in the mechanical structure. The left driving shaft W axis pneumatic chuck rotating mechanism is fixed to clamp the pipes. The pipes are cut through the X, Y and W movements of the machine tool. The right driven shaft W1 pneumatic chuck rotating mechanism can move along the axial direction of the workpiece with the workbench, It can realize full stroke automatic laser cutting and blanking of large length metal pipes.

3. Pipe cutting process.

As the slags from pipe cutting (especially for square pipes with small pipe diameters) are attached to the inner wall of the pipe, most of the heat generated by cutting is absorbed by the workpiece. When the cutting density is large, the pipe is often overheated, and the corners and four corners of the square pipe are burned, which seriously affects the quality of the cut, and even cannot be cut. For such problems, we can adopt:

(2) Improve the synthesis speed of sharp corners through software

(3) The laser cutting head with height sensing servo system can ensure that the height between the cutting nozzle and the surface of the workpiece remains unchanged (the focus remains unchanged) during the cutting process, so that the cutting effect will not be affected by the change of the workpiece surface.

4. Professional pipe nesting technology.

Due to high cutting efficiency and more complicated programming and nesting, the automatic laser pipe cutting machine will cause waste of pipe materials and low cutting efficiency if it is not used properly. Through professional pipe cutting and nesting software, draw, nesting and blanking section by section programming on the computer in advance, generate NC cutting program, and then conduct full stroke automatic laser cutting and blanking of large length metal pipes.
