1. Replacement of water and cleaning of water tank (it is recommended to clean water tank and replace circulating water once a week)

Note: Make sure that the laser tube is full of circulating water before the machine works.

The quality and temperature of circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35 ℃. If the temperature exceeds 35 ℃, it is necessary to replace the circulating water, or add ice to the water to reduce the water temperature (it is recommended that the user select a cooler or use two water tanks).

Water tank cleaning: first turn off the power, unplug the water inlet pipe, and let the water in the laser pipe flow into the water tank automatically. Open the water tank, take out the water pump, and remove the dirt on the water pump. Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, restore the water pump to the water tank, insert the water pipe connecting the water pump into the water inlet, and sort out the joints. Power on the water pump separately and run it for 2-3 minutes (fill the laser tube with circulating water).

2. Cleaning of fan

If the fan is used for a long time, a lot of solid dust will accumulate in the fan, which will make the fan produce a lot of noise, and is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power, remove the air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe on the fan, remove the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down, pull out the blades inside until it is clean, and then install the fan.

3. Cleaning of lenses (it is recommended to clean the lenses before working every day, and the equipment must be in the shutdown state)

In the previous introduction of the machine, it has been mentioned that there are three mirrors and one focusing mirror on the engraving machine (No. 1 mirror is located at the emission outlet of the laser tube, that is, the upper left corner of the machine, No. 2 mirror is located at the left end of the beam, No. 3 mirror is located at the top of the fixed part of the laser head, and the focusing mirror is located in the adjustable lens barrel at the lower part of the laser head). The laser is emitted from the laser hair after being reflected and focused by these mirrors. The lens is easy to be stained with dust or other pollutants, which may cause laser loss or lens damage. Do not remove No. 1 and No. 2 lenses when cleaning. Just carefully wipe the lens paper dipped in cleaning solution along the center of the lens to the edge. 3 # lens and focusing lens need to be taken out of the lens frame, wiped with the same method, and then replaced as is after wiping.

Note: ① The lens should be wiped gently to avoid damaging the surface coating; ② The wiping process shall be handled with care to prevent falling; ③ When installing the focusing mirror, be sure to keep the concave side downward.

4. Cleaning of guide rail (it is recommended to clean it every half a month and shut it down)

As one of the core components of the equipment, the guide rail and linear shaft play a guiding and supporting role. In order to ensure that the machine has a high processing accuracy, its guide rails and straight lines are required to have a high guidance accuracy and good motion stability. During the operation of the equipment, a large amount of corrosive dust and smoke will be produced during the processing of the machined parts. As a result, these smoke and dust will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear shaft for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of the linear shaft of the guide rail, shortening the service life of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the machine and the processing quality of the product, the daily maintenance of the guide rail and linear shaft should be carefully done.
